The Organisers do not provide custody or insurance for the participants. The responsibility to provide custody and insurance applies to the delegating institutions.
The institutions and their dancers own the right to withdraw from further competition on each stage of the event. Withdrawal from the competition shall not result in reimbursement of the enrollment fees.
During the World Dance Week following amenities will be in operation: medical point, restaurants and parking (priced 10 PLN/vehicle/day, free of charge for coaches).
The delegating institutions are obliged to insure their pupils. The delegating institutions declare that they have adequate insurance cover. The Organisers of the Festival do not provide custody or insurance for the participants.
The use of sports footwear (or lack of any) is mandatory, while the use of “stiletto” or “spike” heels (any kind of footwear that may damage the surface) is prohibited.
Any form of advertisement is forbidden without a written consent of the Organisers.
During the World Dance Week, the participants are obliged to absolutely comply with fire and occupational health and safety requirements and procedures valid in Hotel Ossa**** Congress & SPA. The terms of agreement prohibit bringing in own food and drinks on the Hotel site.
Participation in the World Dance Week event expresses the unconditional and perpetual consent to photo, video and TV recording and broadcasting of all presentations.
Protests (Festival) can only be submitted in writing to the Organisers and Judges immediately (maximum 20 minutes) after the round concerned and only by the official national Team captain. Later protests shall not be considered. The protest will be considered after lodging a security of 200 PLN. In the event of rejection, the security shall be forfeited in whole. Protests (IDO WC) comply with IDO Dance Sport Rules & Regulations.
Detection of non-compliance to the age division rules may result in disqualification and making the information publicly available.
